Your Personal Trainer.

Chris has an abundance of experience and knowledge with over 10 years in the fitness industry. From Personal Training to Gym Management and also competing on stage in Men’s Physique, Chris has done it all. His level of expertise and sheer love of fitness has benefited 100’s of people over the years and his journey with The Fitness Project is only just getting started. Chris runs his very own Weight Loss Bootcamp called the diet revolution here at the gym, also offering personal training on a 1 to 1/small group basis.

Chris has a racked up over 10 years in the fitness industry helping 100’s of people with different abilities and fitness levels achieve their goals.

Weight Loss

Over the years Chris has developed his own Weight Loss specific programme which combines as part of a Bootcamp group. This gives his clients the best of both worlds with both nutrition and exercise.

Competition:

Along side his personal training, Chris has also competed in several Men’s Physique competitions and has also reached a National Final.

Qualifications:

Level 3 Personal Trainer
Level 2 Health and Fitness Instructor
