Kelsey was a passionate young personal trainer as well as a strength & conditioning coach. Studying Sport Science at Loughborough University. Kelsey always aimed to exceed in his studies to provide the best service for his clients.
Kelsey specialised in sport specific strength & conditioning for athletes. He also provided services which increased; strength, hypertrophy, functional fitness & weight loss.
Kelsey also offered other services, including a variety of tailored nutrition plans, training programmes, training merchandise & group session training.
He will always be in our hearts and missed by everyone. He touched our lives in a way we will never forget.

I’ll be honest there’s not a lot from my point of view for you to improve on…info is always on point and easy to understand, every session is explained with why we’re doing it and how it relates to football. Definitely the best I’ve felt physically since I was playing football full time. The numbers don’t lie and it is all 100% transmitting onto the football pitch. Would definitely recommend Kelsey to any athlete that’s serious about improving their performance.
