Joe Massaro

Weight loss, weight gain, condition training, athlete training.

Joe comes from an elite sporting background having played football at professional academy level throughout his youth. He has since moved onto starting his fitness career after studying sport at A-level and training to become a personal trainer. Joe uses sport specific methods to enhance athletic performance. This can be applied to a wide range of sports.

Harri Broom

Harri has worked within the fitness industry, gathering training methods, techniques and applicable diet information over the past 7 years. Mainly specialising in Progressive Movements, Body Sculpting and Weight Loss. His ethos is to always promote a consistent, sustainable and healthy lifestyle. Offering flexible nutrition and training techniques Harri aims make the ‘healthy lifestyle’ as easy as possible.

Chris Hutchinson

From Personal Training to Gym Management and also competing on stage in Men’s Physique, Chris has done it all. His level of expertise and sheer love of fitness has benefited 100’s of people over the years and his journey with The Fitness Project is only just getting started. Chris runs his very own Weight Loss Bootcamp called the diet revolution here at the gym, also offering personal training on a 1 to 1/small group basis.
